F.A.Q
Emails we've received so far:
I click on the logo, the windows media player opens and nothing happens.
"banjo_lover" from Palmdale, CA
Our tech support says the problem might be a faulty media player. You can download a new Windows Media Player here. Also you might check your security settings. You can find out how to change your security settings by looking at the help section. Look for the word help at the top of the screen. The other issue keeping you from listening to RBI involves a firewall. Most work environments place restrictions on content so hopefully your I. T. person is a bluegrass fan and will allow RBI at your desk.
Will you offer a stream in another format other than Windows Media Player?
"closing time" from Richmond, VA
Due to the licensing requirements, streaming at this time is limited to Windows Media Player.
I love your new player, but why is there a black box where the player should be?
"lightinrod" from Del Rio, Texas
There is an issue with browsers like Firefox. We're looking to correct the problem.
Why do the song titles and artist disappear from time to time?
"last_dance" from Hamilton, Ohio
Occasionally the player window will miss an update. Place your mouse over that portion of the player window, right click and select "refresh". The title and artist should return.
